Bookings
To shopping in our store must be 18 or over. The order is binding as the customer confirms the order and order confirmation appears. The order confirmation contains information about products, prices, shipping, Total cost, and customer information.

Expedition Fee / Porto:
We add handling fee on all orders to cover postage and dispatch of goods purchase.

Customer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties and customs fees in their respective homelands.

Delivery:
Fixed delivery time is 1-2 business days after receipt of order. In addition, is the time post requires, normally 1-2 working days.

right to cancel the agreement / shipping
Consumers have the right to cancel the agreement (shipping) by giving the message to the seller under § 13 (Norwegian law) within 14 days after the item and the information required pursuant to section 3 is received on prescribed manner. The deadline runs out anyway within 3 months after receipt, or after 1 year if the information on shipping is not given. If the conditions for shipping are fulfilled obligations seller to relinquish all actual costs that are charged to the consumer. Return costs must, however, consumers bear, unless the seller has breached the agreement. In the event that goods ordered are not taken at the post office, the customer will be billed for NOK 400. in shipping fee.

Exemption from and limitations of regret right
Undo The right does not apply:
-If goods can not be returned in about the same condition and quantity and damage or deterioration caused by the negligence or lack of care from the consumer's side.
-goods where the delivery has meant that they can not be returned.
